DESCRIPTION:\nOur meditation workshops consist of a guided meditation, a Dhamma reflection and a period of Q&A. They are suitable for beginners and more experienced meditators.\n\n\n\nThey take place in the Temple at Amaravati each Saturday at 2pm, and are led by a senior monk or nun for most of the year. \n\n\n\nChairs are available and there is no obligation to sit on mats.\n\n\n\nAll are welcome to attend and there is no need to book beforehand. The workshops are free and will always remain so.\n\n\n\n\n
