Self-Compassion. led by Jenni Jepson and Chris Blain. The day will include periods of sitting and walking meditation, reflection and group discussion on the theme. Meet in the Retreat Centre Kitchen from 9.30am for a 9.45am orientation talk and a 10.00am start. please bring some prepared vegetarian or vegan food for a shared lunch.The day will finish at 5.00pm.

All are welcome including beginners and newcomers to Amaravati. No booking is required and there is no fee, though any donations towards the running costs of the retreat centre are much appreciated.
